Holly Humberstone Embarks On First Ever North American Tour In May 2024

Published

British singer and songwriter Holly Humberstone has revealed her inaugural North American headline tour slated to kick off on May 5, 2024. The tour announcement follows her remarkable performance at major U.S. festivals, including Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Outside Lands, and a sold-out show at Los Angeles’ Fonda Theater.

The eagerly anticipated tour will see Humberstone gracing iconic venues across North America, weaving her musical magic in cities like New York, Los Angeles, Nashville, etc., including two dates in Canada in Toronto and Vancouver.

Released on October 13 via Darkroom / Geffen / Polydor Records, her debut album “Paint My Bedroom Black” marks Humberstone‘s coming of age, showcasing her evolution from an underground sensation to one of the most compelling alternative pop stars of her generation. The album, described as a dark and otherworldly space, delves into uncomfortably intimate and brutally revealing moments, establishing storytelling as the heart of Humberstone‘s craft.

With a nomination for two Ivor Novello Awards, winning the BRIT Rising Star in 2022, and securing the runner-up spot in the BBC Sound Of 2021, Humberstone‘s journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her debut album follows the success of two EPs, “Falling Asleep At The Wheel” (2020) and “Can You Afford To Lose Me?” (2022), which garnered her a dedicated fanbase through raw, unfiltered, and confessional songwriting.

The tour’s announcement has already generated immense excitement, with venues being upgraded due to demand. Fans can secure their tickets on Humberstone’s website, ensuring they don’t miss the chance to witness this rising star in action.
