Phantogram Releases “Happy Again” Ahead Of Tour With Kings Of Leon
New York alt duo Phantogram doubled down on their sensational return to form and shared their second song from their new chapter, called “Happy Again”, just before Sarah Barthel and Josh Carter head out on tour.
They share:
“Happy Again is a song about feeling lost. Walking blindly in the darkness, in search of a guiding light. But home is a feeling that you never forget. And dark is a season that can feel never ending. But eventually the sun will rise , and the ice will thaw, making us realize that through these changes, we can be happy again.”
They also announced the addition of a string of headline shows in El Paso, Fargo, Sioux Falls, Des Moines, St Louis, Cleveland, and South Burlington, adding to an already powerful 27-date North American tour with fellow alternative heavyweights Kings of Leon across August, September and October. These new singles launch Phantogram’s new partnership with Neon Gold Records, the celebrated indie label known for its long lineage of powerful alt pop artists from Charli XCX and HAIM to Tove Lo, MARINA and Christine and the Queens.
They had already unveiled the first single, “All A Mystery,” which weaves together a hazy mix of synths, hypnotic guitars and beat-crushing drum machines, with mesmerizing vocals into a psychedelic sea of light. It was co-produced by GRAMMY-award-winning producer John Hill (Portugal. The Man, Bleachers, Cage The Elephant, et al.).
Phantogram adds:
“All A Mystery” was a line that we used to sing when we first started writing songs for Phantogram. We would sing it and harmonize it together while working in the barn turned recording studio. Back then, it was “all a mystery” to us how we came together to become a band, and 14 years later, we are bewildered that we have been doing this for so long. This song touches on love, life, death and loss. It digs into memories, and the wonder of existence. And it examines the push and pull of time on this planet, and being able to share the experience of everything all at once as a mere grain of sand on an endless beach.”

Simple Plan Announce 2027 Canadian Tour
Canadian pop-punk favourites Simple Plan are heading back across the country. The Montreal band has announced the Bigger Than You’d Think! Tour, marking their first proper cross-Canada headline run in more than a decade.
The 15-date tour will hit eight provinces in January and February 2027, starting in Victoria on January 26 before making stops across the country and wrapping up in Halifax on February 16.
The tour opens at Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre in Victoria, followed by a Vancouver show on January 27. From there, Simple Plan will head to Edmonton on January 29, Calgary on January 31, Saskatoon on February 1 and Winnipeg on February 2.
The band will then make its way through Ontario, with shows in Toronto on February 5, Kitchener on February 6, London on February 7, Kingston on February 9 and Ottawa on February 11. The tour continues to Montreal for a hometown performance at Bell Centre on February 12 before heading east for shows in Moncton on February 14, Sydney on February 15 and Halifax on February 16.
The Canadian run comes during a milestone period for Simple Plan. The band celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2026 with performances across the U.S., U.K., Europe, Asia and Australia. They also returned to Montreal this summer for the city’s first Warped Tour in five years, closing out the festival at Parc Jean-Drapeau.
Simple Plan recently played a sold-out headline show at Toronto’s RBC Amphitheatre, giving Canadian fans an early taste of what is coming next year.
Bowling For Soup will support Simple Plan throughout the entire tour. Yellowcard will join the lineup for all dates except the two British Columbia shows, where Vancouver’s own Marianas Trench will take their place.
The band says the chance to return to Canadian arenas after such a long gap is something they have been looking forward to.
“It’s been more than 10 years since the last time we did a proper cross-Canadian tour in our home and native land and we absolutely cannot wait for these shows,” Simple Plan said in a statement.
The band added that playing some of Canada’s biggest arenas more than 25 years into their career is something they do not take for granted, crediting their Canadian fans for sticking with them throughout the years.
Presales begin October 6 at noon local time, with tickets going on sale to the general public Friday, October 9 at 10 a.m. local time.

FLO Announces 2027 ‘Therapy At The Club’ North America, UK & EU Tour
Fresh off their first headline tour across Asia and a remix project with acclaimed DJ and producer Honey Dijon, GRAMMY-nominated trio FLO have today announced their 2027 ‘Therapy At The Club’ North America, UK and EU tour, promoted by Live Nation. This will be the biggest US headline tour by a British girl group in nearly two decades, with FLO playing their first headline arena show.

Kicking off in Seattle, WA on January 22nd, the ‘Therapy At The Club’ tour will see FLO headline their biggest venues across North America, including New York’s iconic Radio City Music Hall, LA’s YouTube Theater and Washington DC’s The Anthem, across 17 dates. The tour will then head to Europe in March, with major shows in Cologne, Amsterdam and Paris, before the trio return to the UK to play Manchester’s O2 Apollo and their biggest headline show to date at London’s OVO Arena Wembley on March 12th.

FLO’s second album ‘Therapy At The Club’ reimagines the club not just as a place of nightlife, but as a site of confession, release and self-possession across the emotional arc of a night out, from pre-game to morning after. Leaning into dark, euphoric R&B and pop with diaristic storytelling, the record explores desire, heartbreak, confidence, and healing in real time, together. Written alongside Amy Allen (Olivia Dean), Steph Jones (Sabrina Carpenter, JADE), Julian Bunetta (Teddy Swims, Gracie Abrams), and Boy Matthews (TWICE, Zayn), and featuring contributions from previous collaborators Skippz, Oak Felder and Sevyn Streeter, ‘Therapy At The Club’ is a bold showcase of FLO’s artistry, with extensive songwriting and production credits from the trio across the album.
