Billy Idol Announces 2024 ‘Rebel Yell’ Canadian Tour
Billy Idol will be marking the 40th anniversary of his iconic album Rebel Yell this summer with a nationwide tour across Canada alongside Platinum Blonde. The tour will cover 13 cities spanning nine provinces.
Starting off at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on July 30, Idol‘s performance will feature a range of hits from his extensive career, with special emphasis on tracks from Rebel Yell. He will then head to Alberta for two shows (Edmonton on August 1 and Calgary on August 2), followed by stops in Saskatoon (August 5) and Winnipeg (August 6).
The tour continues with shows in Ontario, including Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena (August 9), Ottawa’s Canadian Tire Centre (August 10), and London’s Budweiser Gardens (August 14). Two shows in Quebec (Montreal on August 16 and Quebec City on August 19) will follow, before heading east for the final stretch of concerts in Moncton (August 21), Halifax (August 23), and St. John’s (August 25).
Tickets will on sale Friday April 12 at 10am local time on the Idol’s website.
