Invictus Games 2025 Announce Opening Ceremony Headliners

The highly anticipated Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025, presented by ATCO and Boeing, has unveiled its first three headliners for the Opening Ceremony: Grammy-nominated global sensation Noah Kahan, BC-born Canadian music icon Nelly Furtado, and Quebec alt-pop star Roxane Bruneau.

Tickets for the Opening Ceremony, which will take place at BC Place on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM PT, are priced at $40 plus fees of $27.07, for a total cost of $67.07.
Fans can secure early access to tickets by pre-registering at invictusgames2025.ca/tickets by 5:00 PM PT on September 22. The pre-sale for tickets, covering the Opening and Closing Ceremonies as well as sports events, begins on September 23 via Ticketmaster, with general public sales starting on September 26.
A Celebration of Courage and Resilience
The Invictus Games is a transformative global event celebrating the strength and resilience of wounded, injured, and sick military personnel and veterans. This year’s Games, the seventh edition, will be held from February 8 to 16, 2025, bringing together up to 550 competitors from 25 nations across 11 adaptive sports. For the first time, the Games will include Winter sports, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia, Canada.
Opening Ceremony Highlights
The family-friendly Opening Ceremony promises to inspire and energize, featuring dynamic performances by Noah Kahan, Nelly Furtado, and Roxane Bruneau, alongside over 500 performers. This showcase of talent will honour the competitors’ remarkable journeys of recovery through the unifying power of sport. Additional performances and special guests will be announced soon.
Closing Ceremony Details
The Games will culminate with a Closing Ceremony at Rogers Arena on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at 6:00 PM PT. This event will celebrate nine unforgettable days of sport, camaraderie, and triumph, leaving lasting memories for competitors, their families, and supporters. Details of headlining performances and special appearances will be revealed in the coming months.

Gnarls Barkley Announce 2026 ‘To Whom It Still Concerns’ Tour
Today, multi-GRAMMY-winning duo Gnarls Barkley announce their 2026 ‘To Whom It Still Concerns’ Tour, a nine-city North American headline run marking their first tour in 18 years.
Promoted by Live Nation, the tour kicks off Thursday, November 5 at The Masonic in San Francisco. The run will make stops in Atlanta, Boston, Toronto and more before wrapping Saturday, November 28 at House of Blues in Chicago.
The announcement follows the release of Atlanta, the duo’s third and final album and their first project in 18 years. Known for their boundary-defying blend of soul, hip-hop, rock, psychedelia and pop, Gnarls Barkley achieved global success with their chart-topping 2006 single, “Crazy.”
“The Gnarls Barkley ‘To Whom It Still Concerns’ Tour operates like an open book, exploring the universal matters of life, death and everything in between,” says CeeLo Green. “These songs are the silver lining to an otherwise sad story. Nick Cannon Brings Wild ’N Out Live: The Next Generation To Arenas This Fall
Multi-hyphenate entertainer Nick Cannon announced today the return of Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ’N Out Live: The Next Generation, bringing a new era of the iconic comedy and music franchise to arenas across North America this fall for its biggest tour yet.
Promoted by Live Nation, the 20-city tour kicks off on November 10 at Oakland Arena in Oakland, CA, making stops in Inglewood, Las Vegas, San Diego, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Birmingham, Miami, Tampa, Atlanta, Charlotte, Atlantic City, Hartford, Newark, Baltimore, Toronto, Detroit, Indianapolis and more before wrapping up at United Center in Chicago, IL on December 17.
