Gallery – Sam Roberts Band at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, BC
On February 24th, Sam Roberts brought his ‘The Adventures of Ben Blank’ tour to Vancouver, BC for the first of two nights at a sold-out Commodore Ballroom.
Starting off the night was Brandon Wolfe Scott, guitarist and co-songwriter in the JUNO nominated Indie rock group Yukon Blonde, who got the crowd going right away.
A bit before 10pm, Sam Roberts and his band took the stage and started his set with “The Ballad of Ben Blank” off his latest album. For about two hours, Roberts and his band performed a mix of new songs and hit tracks that the crowd knew by heart. He closed out the night with his debut single “Brother Down”.
Sam Roberts Band is on tour in Canada until March 2nd (Red Deer, AB) before going to the U.S. and Europe in March and April. More info on his website.
