On September 29, Omar Apollo brought his God Said No World Tour to the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver, BC, with support from Kevin Abstract.

Omar Apollo‘s set last night was a fun mix of energy, talent, and connection with the crowd. He kicked things off with “Be Careful With Me,” wearing a white shirt, white cargo pants, and sparkly boots.

The stage setup was in a cubic form with three large LED screens showing close-ups of Apollo, along with flashing graphics and lyrics. His dancers, dressed in earthy tones, added depth to the performance, especially during “Against Me,” where Apollo held a single glowing bulb as the stage lights dimmed for a dramatic effect. The transition into “En El Olvido” and “Dos Uno Nueve” felt special, especially with family photos displayed behind him.

Apollo’s showmanship has really evolved, with polished choreography and impressive spins. It’s clear he’s continuing to grow as an artist and performer. Omar Apollo still has 7 more dates to go on this world tour so make sure to catch him. More info on the tour here.
