Cruel World Announces 2025 Lineup

The 2025 lineup for Cruel World, Los Angeles’ festival spotlighting iconic artists from the ’80s and ’90s, has been announced. Headliners include New Order and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, with additional performances by Garbage, ’Til Tuesday (marking their first show with the original lineup in 35 years), Stereo MC’s, Devo, OMD, Nation of Language, The Go-Go’s, Chelsea Wolfe, Madness, and Death Cult (The Cult‘s earlier iteration), among others.

Cruel World will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Brookside at The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA. Originally launched in 2000, the Goldenvoice event opens ticket sales to the public on Friday, October 25, at 11 a.m. PT via Cruelworldfest.com. Previous attendees can access a presale beginning Thursday, October 24, at 11 a.m. PT.
