Elevate Music Project Announces Night 3 Lineup And Prize Package

Elevate Music Project has just announced the full lineup Night 3 at the Biltmore Cabaret! Lineups for Night 1 and 2 have already been revealed.

Janky Bungag, Nette, Talel McBriar, Indications, Pinebarren, and Future Star will perform on Friday January 19, 2024.

Elevate Music Project is an initiative created by The MRG Group to help reignite Vancouver’s live music scene and support local emerging artists. The goal of Elevate Vancouver is to showcase musicians of all genres and give them a platform to develop and advance their careers. Elevate Vancouver recognizes a need for more support to be given to Vancouver’s local music community and strives to help elevate musicians by gaining them access to resources that may not be available to developing artists.

The competition is held at two of Vancouver’s premier music venues The Biltmore Cabaret and the Vogue Theatre. A four-person panel of local music industry pros act as judges and six bands are then selected from the preliminary round to play in the semi-final, from there the top three acts move on to perform for a grand prize at the Vogue Theatre.

The newly announced Grand Prize includes:
– A showcase at Canadian Music Week, with return flights from Vancouver to Toronto included. MRG Travel will gift a flight credit to the winner of the Elevate Music Project, enabling them to travel to Toronto and showcase their talent at Canadian Music Week
– Cash prizes for the three finalists ($2500 first place, $1000 second place and $500 third place)
– Long and McQuade Gift Cards for the three finalists ($1000 first place, $750 second place, $500 third place)
– $750 credit to print a run of merch at Capital T Branding (First Place)
– 10 hours of Rehearsal time at the Jamnasium (Second Place)
– A Feature in Beatroute Magazine (First Place)
– Recording time at Echoplant (First Place)
– Photo Shoot with a professional photographer (First Place)
– Spot on an MRG lineup (First Place)          

The goal is to elevate Vancouver’s musical talent to the forefront of the Canadian music industry.
