Northlane at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, BC
On June 24, Australian heavy metal band Northlane brought their Mirror’s Edge tour to the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver, BC.
Northlane invited Windwaker, Thornhill and Ivent Animate as support acts. We sadly missed them, but we’re sure they got the crowd ready for the main act.
At 9:30pm, Northlane arrived on stage and jumped right into “Carbonized”. Frontman Marcus Bridge was on fire all night, so was the audience. It was mosh pit galore at the Commodore! Between the psychedelic video backdrop and guitar shreds, the atmosphere felt very dystopian. Fans went nuts for “4D” and “Talking Heads”.
Northlane ended their set with “Clockwork” and “Nova”, holding nothing back. The band will be on tour until the end of July so be sure to get your tickets. More info on their website.
